Float into Bliss: Curated by the sound healing practitioners of Svara Sound, the Floating Sound Journey is an immersive, water-supported meditation designed to melt tension, calm the mind, and reset the nervous system.
Held poolside and in-water on soft floating rafts, this unique experience synchronizes the gentle support of water with the sacred frequencies of live sound instruments—including planetary gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, and more.
In this journey, we invite you to let go. Let go of what no longer serves. Let go of the striving and the stress, and float into a deeper remembrance of peace, presence, and inner knowing.
As you settle onto your personal floating raft (rafts, eye masks, and small towels are provided) or waterside lounge at one of our partner pools in Connecticut, you’ll be gently immersed in a soundscape of harmonic frequencies. These vibrations interact with both your body and the water—offering a deeply relaxing experience unlike any other.

We are excited to announce our indoor floating series starting March 2026 at the Northern Middlesex YMCA in Middletown, CT. These warm, indoor sessions are the perfect reset before summer.
As the weather warms, we move to private outdoor pools in Manchester and the Farmington Valley.
