You don’t need any experience to enjoy the benefits. Just come as you are\, bring what you need to get comfortable\, and allow the sounds to support your journey inward.\nArrive a little early to settle in and create your cozy space. We’ll provide cushions\, blankets\, and a few mats\, and you’re welcome to bring your own. Let this be your time to rest\, reset\, and reconnect with the peace within you.
