Meditation is a powerful self-healing and transformative form of self-care, and utilizing sound activates powerful, healing shifts and tranquility. In this sacred space, may you find stillness within and leave feeling relaxed and aligned once more.
Jeff Nickell and Kimberly Autumn have for manyyears been providing sound meditation journeys for others. This meditative journey is a passive activity, so please com eready to relax and receive. No meditation experience is necessary.
Kimberly and Jeff utilize sarcred instruments such as planetary attuned gongs, ancient Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, voice and other vibrational tools to create a harmonious and peaceful sound scape during your journey within. This sound healing will asssit you in reconnecting to peace and stillness and to a meditative state taht facilitates self-healing.
