Sound Meditation at Middle River Yoga

We warmly welcome you to join us for a relaxing Sound Meditation at Middle River Yoga!
Take time for yourself to pause, find alignment, and balance.
Inner peace and stillness reside in each and every one of us.
Kimberly and Jeff utilize sacred instruments such as planetary attuned gongs, ancient himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, voice, and other vibrational tools to create a harmonious and peaceful soundscape during your journey within, to reconnect to peace and stillness, bringing you to a meditative state that facilitates self healing. The sound journey will offer your mind, body and spirit the sanctuary and rest it needs. Through the healing vibrations of the instruments, you are able to ease tension and let go into a deep, full body relaxation.
Meditation is a powerful self-healing and transformative form of self-care, and utilizing Sound is an easy way for beginners and experienced alike to experience the powerful healing shifts and tranquility found within the meditative journey. In this sacred space, may you find stillness within, and leave feeling relaxed, aligned, and at ease, aligned once more with stillness within.
Jeff and Kimberly have been providing sound meditation journeys to others for many years. The meditative journey is a passive activity, so please come ready to relax and receive. We know that daily life can cause the mind and body to tense, and stress to build up. We’re here to help!
No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
Please bring pillows, blankets, mats, and anything else you may need for you to get as comfortable as possible.
Doors open at 6:30pm. Please arrive early to settle into the space and get comfy!
